Dr. Hongwei Gao

Dr. Ben Yang


graduated from Peking University 

received his Ph.D degree in math from MIT 

gold medalist in the 2007 International Math Olympiad (IMO)

 Katelyn Gan 


is a 9th grader at Sage Hill School in Newport Beach, CA. She got her first AMC8 Honor Roll of Distinction in 4th grade and qualified for AIME since 6th grade. She has been teaching AMC8 courses and regularly tutors with Math Matters for the last two years. 

Michael Jian 


is a 7th grader from Irvine, CA. When he was in 6th grade, he obtained Distinguished Honor Roll for AMC8 and qualified for AIME from AMC10.

Raymond Luo 


is a sophomore at University High School in Irvine, CA. He has qualified for the AIME twice and is currently taking multivariable calculus at the University of California Irvine. Raymond is also interested in physics and computer science. 


David Shi


is a 9th grader at Northwood High School in Irvine, CA. He studied at Wuxi Tongdeqiao Experimental Primary School and the innovation class of Golden Bridge Bilingual Experimental School. David has won the silver prize in the YMO China Regional Mathematics Competition and the first prize in the Jiangsu Primary School Mathematics Newspaper Competition.


Winnie Wei 


has shown interest in mathematics since 3rd grade. She won a Silver Medal in the Hua Luogeng Gold Cup Youth Invitational Tournament in 4th grade, and took on the role as the representative for her middle school math team. She loves reasoning and always likes to solve challenging math problems. Winnie also enjoys teaching young children math and coding whenever she has down time.
